About Michelle Sims
Michelle Sims, ARNP, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife at All About Women OB/GYN in Panama City, Florida. Michelle has been a resident of the Panama City area since 2002 and enjoys providing exceptional care to the women living in and around Bay County.
Michelle has four children, all of whom were born here at Gulf Coast Medical Center. Additionally, she has been practicing as a midwife since 2012. She first realized her dream of caring for women while she was training to be an emergency medical technician with the Air National Guard, where she witnessed the miracle of childbirth. She knew right away that obstetrics and women's health were for her. She then worked as a technician in labor and delivery while training to become a nurse.
Later, while practicing as a labor and delivery nurse, she concluded she wanted to have a larger impact on the care women receive. As a result, she decided to further her education and become a certified nurse-midwife. Over the years, she has been a childbirth educator and enjoys helping women manage their health through all stages of life.
