About Tammie Mott

Tammie Mott, CNM, is an experienced clinician practicing at All About Women OB/GYN in Panama City, Florida. She has proudly assisted childbearing women since 1993. Prior to becoming a certified nurse-midwife, women’s health care nurse practitioner, she worked for 13 years as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, nine years of which were at Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center here in Panama City. 

Tammie became a registered nurse (RN) in 1993 after earning an Associates of Science in nursing from Columbus University in Columbus, Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from The University of South Alabama in 2003, where she received The Excellence in Clinical Practice Award in her graduating class. She earned a Master of Science in nursing, with clinical specialties in nurse-midwifery and women’s health nurse practitioner in 2006, from The Frontier School of Nurse-Midwifery and Family Nursing. 

Tammie is certified by the American College of Nurse-Midwives as a certified nurse-midwife and by the National Certification Center as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Tammie is certified as a Lamaze Instructor. Previously she was certified in high-risk intrapartum care, AWHONN fetal heart monitoring instruction, and neonatal resuscitation instructor. 

Tammie believes in a personalized approach to health and pregnancy. She enjoys caring for women from their teen years on through the mysteries of menopause. Her desire is to educate women to make an informed decision about their health care. She supports the team approach to health care. 

When Tammie is not caring for women, she can be found spending time with her husband, Ben. Their four children are adults and have given them four wonderful and fun grandchildren. Tammie enjoys as much time as possible with them.
